General Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy

Physiotherapists are experts in the human body, in particular the structure of it’s muscles, joints, ligaments and tendons. We are movement specialists and our training allows us to assess different structures in the body and how they assist or limit function.

We are movement specialists

Physiotherapists can help you with an injury that’s just not improving, with pain, swelling, weakness or reduced movement. This could be in any area of the body, including:

  • Back pain and neck pain
  • Headaches or jaw pain
  • Shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand pain
  • Pelvis, hip, knee, ankle and foot pain
Fit and Flow Physiotherapy

We can also help people who don’t have an injury to achieve other movement goals. This might include improving strength or flexibility, improving functional capacity for walking, bending and lifting, returning to exercise or activity after a significant break.
