You will be seen by your physiotherapist in a private room, you will be their only patient during your appointment time. Meaning that their whole focus will be on you and they won’t be running between you and other patients during your appointment.
Initial appointments are scheduled for an hour and follow-up appointments for 40-45mins. These longer appointment times allow your physiotherapist to delve into your injury in more detail, conduct a more thorough assessment and carry out more hands-on treatment and/or rehab in each session… all of which will fast-track your recovery!
Our physiotherapists are experienced and dedicated to their ongoing development and learning. They conduct regular inservice sessions and attend courses and conferences to stay at the fore-front of the physiotherapy profession. Our physios are also experienced with adolescent injuries and pre and post-natal management, areas that not all physios are confident in treating!
Our HICAPS terminal means you can claim your private health fund rebate on the spot. Medicare rebates (associated with an CDM program from your GP) can also be claimed on the spot
Alison is our practice manager and she is always happy to help and assist you. Whether that’s chasing up a scan result, ringing around specialists for available appointments or nursing your baby so you can get through the end of your session, she is always there to lend a hand!
Physiotherapists are primary healthcare providers, so you don’t need a referral to see a physiotherapist. The exception would be patients who are being treated under Work Cover, Third Party, DVA or Medicare Chronic Disease Management Plans, where you will need your GP referral and other paperwork related to your claim.

After nearly 2 years of not being able to run Ciaran and Bek have helped me through my journey. Despite a number of misdiagnoses from other physio's, Ciaran found the underlying injury and worked closely with my coach and specialist to make sure my rehab was aiding my recovery and getting me back into the sports I love.
After receiving treatment from the team at Fit and Flow for a torn hamstring, my running times are similar, if not faster than they were before my injury and I’m back doing my normal exercises without any pain.
I have had three courses of treatment at Fit and Flow Physiotherapy and each has been a success. Ciaran is a dedicated and gifted clinician and her whole team are focused on helping their patients on the road to recovery.
Great culture and staff are super professional. Would highly recommend for anyone with niggly or long-term injuries, was able to learn a lot about my injury and had the continued support of everyone there at the practice!!
Ciaran has treated me for many years for ongoing ailments relating to my body type, the occasional injury and more recently pregnancy and post pregnancy recovery.
