Bree Powell Caringbah Physio

Brianna (Bree) holds both a bachelor of Exercise Science and Rehabilitation (Exercise Physiology) from the University of Wollongong and a Masters of Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney. 

Since then, Bree has developed substantial knowledge at two of Sydney’s largest tertiary hospitals (RNS and RPA) where she has specifically focused on paediatric and peri- and post-natal care.

Brianna has followed a passion for children and their development which was nurtured early on as a snow and swim instructor during her studies. She has since gained extensive experience in paediatric and neonatal intensive care departments. In addition to the skills garnered from on the job experience, Brianna fuels a strong desire for constant growth and development, evident from undertaking additional specialist training in newborn and infant assessment, management of common paediatric conditions such as developmental delay, plagiocephaly, tortocolis, and facilitation of gross motor skill attainment.

During her career, Brianna has also developed a love for supporting new mums and has gained experience managing musculoskeletal conditions of pregnancy and the post partum period as well as a strong background in exercise prescription for women during and after pregnancy.
