Caryl Edgar

Carly Edgar - Physiotherapist Sutherland Shire

Carly graduated from Sydney University with a Masters of Physiotherapy in 2011 and began her career in private practice straight away. She has had extensive experience in treating complex hip, pelvis and spinal issues and has gone on to complete further studies in Women’s Health.  She has also treated a wide range of sporting injuries, along with completing Sports Level I and II courses.

Carly’s assessment and treatment model looks at the whole body and not just treating the injury but looking for functional or biomechanical deficits to help prevent recurrence. She uses a combination of manual therapy, exercise prescription and dry needling and also spends a lot of time educating her patients about their condition which significantly helps with their self-management.
